If you have severe toothache, facial swelling, a broken tooth, trauma, or another urgent dental problem outside normal hours, you can send us a short enquiry. A clinician will review it and respond if they are able to help.

How weekend / out of hours enquiries work

1. Use the red Weekend / Out of hours emergency button (or the button on this page) to send your details.
2. Tell us the nature of the problem, whether you are an existing patient, and whether you are willing to pay private fees.
3. A dentist will review your message when available and may call or email you back.
4. If treatment is offered, fees and options will be explained before you go ahead.

Fees

Out of hours and weekend emergency fees are at the discretion of the treating dentist and depend on the clinical situation. We do not publish a fixed out of hours price list here.

If we can help, the dentist will discuss likely costs with you before treatment so you can decide how to proceed. This service is private and is separate from NHS emergency pathways.

When this service may help

• Severe toothache or dental pain
• Facial or gum swelling
• Broken, cracked or knocked-out teeth
• Lost crowns, fillings or temporary work causing pain
• Other urgent private dental concerns when the practice is closed
